2024 Vermeer® Vertical Mixer VT600 Twin-screw

Looking for thorough mixing, optimal cleanout and low loading height? If so, the Vermeer VT600 twin-screw vertical mixer is for you. This mixer features a low loading height at 109 in (279.6 cm) and performance-enhancing features. The overlapping screw design pulls feed from opposite ends of the tub for efficient mixing. Offset baffles create a clear path for feed to move through.

Twin-screw mixers from Vermeer feature an overlapping screw design. Together, the screw design works with the offset baffles to move feedstuffs from the front to the back of the tub, in a clockwise motion between the screws for an appropriately blended mix.

Two bi-pulse legs and the leading edge of the screw make up three points of contact with the tub floor to help improve cleanout over only one or two points of contact. This helps feedstuffs be evenly distributed onto the discharge conveyor for feeding.

Every pound of feed counts. That’s why the Vermeer vertical mixers are equipped with a 4-point scale. With optimal accuracy, operators can focus on feeding accurate rations to multiple different pens. Bluetooth connectivity comes standard with the Digi-Star scale, giving operators the ability to view load weight from their smart device.

The tractor’s PTO powers the screw through a planetary specifically designed to help extend machine life. This makes this machine ready for long-lasting performance.
